We really enjoyed the stay. ( Family wirh 2 small kids). The Place is realy clean and comfy, the location ist very nice and quite. We had a parking lot just in from of the place. We were welcomed with bavarages and the host was very nice and friendly. There is a market at 20 meters were you cand find all you need. You have to walk cca 15 min to the Valdabon beach an cca 30 min to the Starabaza beach. To Pula Aren it would take 8 min by car. I highly recomand the place and we it would be definetly the first option for us when visiting Croatia. Best regards to the hostt
