Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, das Apartment hat hohe Wände und eine gute Durchlüftung. Die Küche war vollständig ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden und eine funktionierende Waschmaschine ebenfalls. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war sehr groß und aufklappbar mit großer Liegefläche. Der Host war jederzeit erreichbar und hat jede Anfrage umgehend gelöst.

really new equipped apartment, cozy, modern, well functioning air-condition, spacious rooms, smart TV, kitchen well equipped, clean towels and bed clothes, the landlord fixed a problem with a bed within the same day - good job! You find all necessary stuff for the kitchen (also a cattle, toaster, big fridge and oven,...) , just bring you tablets for a dishwasher/washing machine. Also the app is located at convenient place. 10-15 min walking to a beach, but the pedestrian crossings and sidewalk from local street to the main street are not connected - I would recommend to use a car for a family with small kids and with strollers. There is very good restaurant just 2 minutes (also kids and pets friendly).

You should consider the house is close to a road with bedrooms oriented to that road. You have to keep windows tightly closed all the night and open windows at other side only. Air-co runs fine fortunately and without any limitation. We had a good sleep despite the road fortunately. Also there isn't any sun protection from outside of windows (blinds or shutters). The apartment gets quickly overheated during a sunny day. I believe the landlord will install them soon as there are anchors prepared for that. Last issue - landlord did not offer a good place to park 4 bicycles. We had to cross bushes in his garden and step over a wall although the land offered better places to park them.

Peaceful, clean, and modern accommodation. The apartment is close to the beach and shops. Quiet location.

Great apartment very spacious and great location to start day trips from! Kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. I would come back again anytime!

Only thing that would be great would be an umbrella or any kind of shading on the terrace as it can become very warm in the morning during breakfast.

Good location close to Fazana, nearby restaurant very good. Every room has A/C. Brand new flat.

The given apartment exceeded our expectations, the location is perfect, there is a pizza grill not far from it, there is a big supermarket nearby, you can find the beach on both sides, about 200 m from the house. Everything is perfect, I recommend 100%, I am very satisfied with the few days spent in villa data.
