Fiesole's cozy Apartment 2

Soggiorno assolutamente perfetto! Ho viaggiato da sola per un evento musicale e la location si è rivelata una scelta strategica: a soli tre minuti a piedi dal Teatro Romano. ​La struttura è un vero incanto di charme e autenticità, caratterizzata da un'atmosfera calda e senza tempo grazie ai soffitti con travi in legno a vista e ai pavimenti in cotto antico. Ogni ambiente è curato con un gusto straordinario e un'incredibile attenzione ai dettagli storici e artistici: dall'elegante ingresso con le scale in pietra, che regala subito una bellissima prima impressione, alla splendida porta dipinta del bagno, fino alla selezione di quadri e objets d'art ricercati, perfettamente valorizzati sui mobili vintage. Un vero e proprio fil rouge visivo. ​La cucina, funzionale e dotata di ogni comfort, vanta un bellissimo mosaico come paraschizzi sopra i fornelli; ho apprezzato moltissimo il vassoio di benvenuto con delizie per la colazione, una coccola perfetta per iniziare la giornata. La camera da letto è un'oasi estremamente accogliente e impeccabile, con un letto matrimoniale comodissimo e impreziosita da dettagli di design come la splendida lampada in legno sul comodino. Viaggiando sola, mi sono sentita coccolata e in totale sicurezza dal primo all'ultimo minuto. Senza dubbio ci tornerei! Consigliatissimo!

Highest recommendation! Perfect setting for exploring Fiesole and Florence. Had everything I could wish for to make my work trip successful and my downtime richly rewarding. The furnishings are beautiful and so comfortable, everything was spotless, the high ceilings, window shutters, and tile floors plus A/C kept me cool during a heat wave, there were books about the area and an ironing board and a full kitchen set up for meals at home. Steps away from the Co-op grocery store, Fiesole Kebeb, and Florence‘s best bakery Paticceria Alcedo and a few blocks from the main piazza with restaurants, panoramic views, and the bus into town. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. The value was outstanding. I would love to come back to stay here as soon as possible!

Quiet and comfortable. Excellent location very near the grocery store and pastry shop. Close to the bus stop to Florence.

This was an absolutely splendid apartment. Bigger and better appointed than it seemed in the photos. I’d happily spend a few months living there. Very easy location and Fiesole itself is 20 mins on the bus to Florence. Also great for walks locally. The kitchen was well equipped - plenty of crockery and glassware. There is a coop opposite for supplies, and a veg shop just down the road.

Beautiful and traditionally appointed. Perfect for the bus into Florence. Situated near main square in Fiesole. Very well equipped kitchen.

A balcony would have been fantastic but otherwise nothing to disclose whatsoever. Perfect for our purposes.
