Everything was newer and worked. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Terrible location for tourists. Using public transportation is very inconvenient. for example you have to walk 30 minutes to get to the central bus station because none service the area where you’re staying. Then it’s an hour bus ride to the nice areas. It’s very hard to get an uber or taxi to come to the location. We gave up and walked 15 minutes to the main road where we were able to flag a taxi. Chants are broadcasted multiple times per day in the neighborhood via loud speakers. Stores and restaurants in the area are just ok. I recommend staying in the southern part of Fethiye. The locals don’t seem to like tourists much which was weird for us because we are treated well almost all over Europe.

Spacious. Lots of room and a big open area to spend time in. Plenty of air conditioning units (three) and washing machine very useful too. Kitchen well equipped. Owner made a lot of effort to come and meet us at the property late at night which was appreciated. Relatively near the sea and plenty of nearby shops and cafes. Always parking available directly outside.

Nothing. It was a safe haven from the heat.
