Location was great. Stones through from the Main Street and the Brontë Parsonage.

It was tired and needed more tlc. Central heating did not work. Electric fire was just about ok. Parking would be a problem in busy periods. We found a parking space on the road a short walk away. Outside of the property really let it down. Over grown planting and broken windows. Exposed pipes and soil pipe in the hallway entrance.

It is in a great location, easy access to Haworth, parking was fairly easy too.

The “For Auction” wasn’t a good start, the outside area had rubbish and broken items strewn around. The main lights didn’t work, only the lights plugged into the wall sockets, there a number of extension cables with high amperage devices connected to them, such the heater, the kettle and a two ring cooker. The room could be really nice, but needs some TLC to make the most of it.
