Luxusní mezonetový apartman Bellevue - nový

This holiday rental was full of surprises - we would have loved more positive ones. Let’s start with the great: - The location apartment complex is very well positioned for all who want easy access to the cross-country skiing options in Benecko. - The view is spectacular from the parking lot and there is a small hill for sledding directly below the house. - The kitchen is newly renovated. All appliances were new and in great shape, there were enough pots, pans, knives etc. and apart from a dirty sheet in the oven all was very clean and directly ready to use. - The beds for us were all ready and made with nice new bedding. - The bathroom was newly renovated and very spacious. The shower was big and very nice, too. - Veronika – the contact of our landlady in Benecko - was nice, always helpful and made us feel welcome and supported Now to the surprises, we could have done without: - The beautiful view can only be enjoyed from the bathroom and second bedroom of the apartment (and only when you are taller than 1,80m). - The price listed on booking.com is not the final price. We had to pay an additional significant amount in cash on top. - We had to pay an additional deposit (150 €) in cash. - The washer and dryer that were listed as included were in the cellar of the apartment building and cost 4 €/per use. - We only had one big bath towel per person for the week. That was ok, but one towel for the body and one for the face is the expected norm (and was presented in the pictures). - The kitchen and living room were one space that was approx. 25 square meters. It was already very tight with 7 people, we would not want to think about fitting 10 persons in there. - The apartment is listed for up to 10 people – but there are only 4 chairs (as seen in the picture). We assumed that there would be some folding chairs, but nope. When asked the landlady suggested that we eat in two sittings (as eating on the sofas was not allowed).
