buia (ma ci si può sorvolare), la colazione non è delle migliori perché fatta di merendine confezionate, è un po’ difficile la questione parcheggio.

Casa silenziosa e comoda per la posizione anche se difficoltà con l'auto propria perché bisogna lasciarla a 15 minuti a piedi.

Casa più piccola del previsto, molto buia, cucina utilizzabile solo per scaldare colazione, alcune zone poco pulite

It is close to downtown.

There were many problems with the apartment. 1. I almost had to beg the owner to tell me the number of the apartment. He forgot to write down that there were two number fives, so we would never have found it if a fire brigade hadn't come to our rescue. By the way, the owner only speaks Italian, so the phone connection in English is hopeless. 2. The owner forgot to write that the key is in a box locked with a pin code. You also forgot to write down what the pin code is. 3. Two men tried to open the box with a knife, then two tried to open the wooden door as well. 4.The living room is dark because it has no windows, only the entrance facing the street (on the ground floor). The wardrobe in the bedroom only has shelves, with two old clothes hangers thrown in, but there is nowhere to hang the clothes anyway. 5. There is not a single hanger in the bathroom where the towel can be hung. There is no shelf where you put your things. 6. But the kitchen is the worst: rusty hobs, completely used sponge, rusty, completely worn dishes, two glasses. Dirty plastic cutlery holder, a screw and a handle in the cutlery holder drawer. The apartment is not at all like in the photos: in reality, it is depressed... you feel that the owner has left his heart at home.
