Falta de utensílios domésticos básicos. Não tinha panela nem escorredor pra fazer massa, não tinha abridor de latas nem um saca rolha e nenhuma taça pra beber vinho. A fechadura da porta estava estragada. A maçaneta do banheiro caia toda hora, tinha um vazamento no banheiro quando chegamos. Mas eles consertaram. Em geral falta de manutenção.
