"Superb"

Great view of the seafront and beach. Directly over the road from the beach. Comfortable couch, chairs and bed. Well furnished kitchen for self catering. Large TV with Netflix. Separate keys were provided when we requested them.

Noisy air extraction system from bathroom and rangehood. It does work well, but it does not seem to have been restricted at all in the duct offtakes. Since it is on the top floor of the building, close to the fan, it was sucking so hard that: 1. Flyscreens on the extraction points have been sucked in; 2. It was difficult to close the bathroom door; and 3. Breakfast smells from adjacent apartments were being sucked in past the hallway entry door. This airflow should be able to be fixed by re-adjusting the restriction vents. Dishwasher filter had not been cleaned when we arrived. It was badly blocked with debris.
