If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "Pleasant stay, accommodation a bit overpriced for what we got."

Close to the beach and restaurants

A bit old and tired looking. No air conditioner, no hairdryer ( specified in adverts) car port inaccessible for medium sized cars ( I damaged my car because the car port was difficult in get in and out of). Bed blankets very old and tired looking. A small television with no streaming service.

The location with the ocean view and the rock pool. That is why we went there.

The location, we knew what we were getting. The unit itself, the seating in lounge area could be better. One person stretched out on lounge the other needed to sit on a chair. Would be so cramped with 4 in that area. The TV was small and hard to look at, you needed to tilt your head up, it was too high. The cupboard in bathroom could be replaced, did not use it. The parking was extremely difficult, many tenants leaving their cars in the street.

Location & outlook was great.

No ceiling fans....not able to open the windows fully to let fresh air in. Fridge leaked every day....sorry forgot to let them know. Also for the price it wouldn't hurt to have Netflix.

"great location but old uncomfortable furniture"

Great location, was clean.

needs updating for me to return, for the price you’d think it would be nicer the furniture is 100 years old and uncomfortable. you look back on photos of the apartment in 2006 on realestate.com and most of the furniture is the same, couldn’t stay in the apartment because the seating was so crap.

"we loved the location on the beach"

it was comfortable and clean

the dishwasher had dirty dishes and I’m shocked you have to bring your own linen and there’s no air conditioning
