Everything was perfect. It was my second time in that flat. I will definitely return there.

Top location within the city center. Studio recommended for a short stay. No need to have the key thanks to the automatic pin. Thankfully the fridge was stocked with additional water and some cookies. The whole studio is renovated with airco for summer and heater for the winter time. We arrived on December 25th and we could enter straight away. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

When we arrived the laundry was still in the washing machine. We had to turn it off and offload it. We would have appreciated more pillows and an additional blanket considering that we did not want to have the heater on all night due to risen energy costs. The blankets were not ironed at all. Fine if I am at my place, less fine if I am paying for it. We spent some time to understand where things were - cutlery - or how the coffee machine and microwave worked. A guide of how to use things around might be more efficient. We interacted with the owner through whatsapp messages. City taxes to be calculated and left in cash. Would have been easier to have the exact calculation instead of doing the math by ourselves with a high chance of mistake. Though I am all in for automation and efficiency the whole experience felt a "just give me the money, I don't want to be bothered by you".

Location wise it’s ok about 15 mins to city centre, 25 mins to Bologna Centrale. The studio room is quite small but everything you need is there. I cooked eggs for breakfast and I love the coffee machine! There were also some snacks on the fridge and on the cupboard. It’s actually my first holiday using an apartment as I prefer to stay in a hotel, but when I was looking for a place to stay at that time, there were only 5 hotels available and majority are bed and breakfast/studio type so I decided to give it a try

The checkout at 10am is really early which is usually at 11am. Also it says that there is a 24 hours reception which is misleading. But to be fair, the host allowed me to leave my hand luggage at 13:00 as my flight was still in the evening
