La Casa Di Eva

La Casa di Eva is a comfortable and pleasant ground floor apartment with a small outside space where you can sit if it's hot. The facilities were very good, nicely and tastefully furnished with a small but well equipped kitchenette with two ring induction hob, microwave and plenty of pots, pans and crockery. Nice touches were free tourist maps and some guidebooks to Bologna and its architecture. There were two new airconditioning/heating units but we did not use them as it was early May and generally a nice temperature. (- but with cool nights -see comment below about feeling a little cold at night!) Bathroom facilities, especially the shower were very nice. Location is a little way out from the centre (by one of the city gates) but a very pleasant 25 minute walk along the historic porticoe'd streets and cute shops and restaurants was always a pleasure. The apartment was very secure and quiet with several metal gates to pass to leave the area. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were friendly and communicative.

There was only a very thin bedcover and no extra blanket, so the first night I was actually quite cold and didn't sleep too well. The towels were very thin and rather comfortless. The lack of windows especially in the bedroom area makes it quite dark and rather claustrophobic and there is nothing to see from the one window in the living area. I think attending to small things like extra blankets and plentiful towels really lift your experience of a place, making it comfortable and homely.

Posizione eccellente a pochissima distanza dal centro. Struttura pulita, accogliente, con tutto il necessario disponibile. Fabio, la persona che ci ha accolto, è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

La casa è confortevole e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. L'host è stato gentilissimo. Ci ha permesso di posticipare il check in senza nessun problema e ci ha dotato di un pass residenti per parcheggiare all'interno del cortile.

Nice, modern apartment in a good location, 20 min walk from the main square. Several gates for protection. Nice, communicative host.

I stayed in the apartment at the beginning of March, so it was a bit cold at night. But there is always the possibility to use air-conditioning for heating and there is a big radiator in the bathroom.

Everything is simply wonderful! Fabio and his wife Alberta are just darlings, the house has EVERYTHING for a comfortable stay. There's even a first aid kit! The bed is very comfortable. We stayed only for one night, but we didn't want to leave, everything is very cozy. Thank you for your efforts 🤍 And last but not least - Forza Milan 😁
