Super schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool. Schön ruhig gut zum entspannen. Ein bisschen außerhalb aber trotzdem ist mit dem Auto alles gut zu erreichen

Het was heerlijk rustig! Wat verder van winkels en dingen af, maar dit wisten wij en vinden wij niet erg. Het zwembad was ook heerlijk. Onze kinderen konden zich hier goed uitleven. Het appartement is goed schoon en onderhouden. Toen onze oven stuk bleek is deze binnen een dag vervangen, heel fijn! De tuin is ook prachtig. De bedden lagen heel erg lekker. Dichtbij zit een prachtige baai (cala pi) voor de rest moet je echt wat verder weg zijn. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

De handdoeken zijn aan vervanging toe. Drogen niet meer goed af. Maar hey... als dat het is ;) tussendoor geen schoonmaak of schone bedden. Dit moet je met de kleine wasmachine zelf doen.

The owner asks for a 100 usd international transfer deposit which then at the end of the stay it returns to you. Unfortunately my bank is charging me money for that

Nice location, lots of greenery and a swimming pool, unfortunately there was no weather to use it. Modern apartment, comfortable beds, big plus for air conditioning, which heated our stay. (end of March) I only have a reservation about the electricity, weak power, it often threw us out, which was annoying. It is worth thinking about improving this. A successful stay, thank you.

A group of two-storey houses in a perfectly maintained garden with lush vegetation. Clean, well-maintained swimming pool. Extremely quiet and peaceful area. There are approx. 10 apartments on the ground floor or on the first floor. Apartment 4 on the ground floor with a view of the garden consists of a living room (air conditioning) with a kitchenette, a large and a small bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with a washing machine. Very good kitchen equipment. Clean. Excellent, remote contact with the owner. Check-in and check-out without any problems. There is no problem with parking, a small bay for parking under the trees. An excellent base for exploring the south of the island.

Just features not drawbacks. An extremely quiet residential area, which may not please everyone. The nearest grocery store is in Cala Pi - 4 km and there is also the nearest narrow beach. Friendly advice for the owner - the bedside tables by the bed could be larger.
