The only nice point would be the location

Mold everywhere,in the room itself and the bathroom. It is a tourist trap, I would not reccomend it to anyone. It looks nothing like in the pictures and it is really small.

The convenient location on a quiet street in Bologna, close to Piazza Maggiore, but removed from the busy streets. Handy to the Mercato delle Erbe for fruits and vegetables, meats, restaurants and a great pastry shop and coffee bar. A well stocked supermarket was also handy. The room had a well furnished kitchenette and also a clothes washing machine. The manager, who greeted us, was extremely pleasant and helpful.

The only view from the window is an enclosed courtyard. But the room is well-furnished, but simple, and comfortable. There are no easy-chairs, but there are chairs for the kitchen table.

The property was excellent, easy check in, lots of things provided and in a great location.

The apartment was clean and very close to the center.

There was no heating, only an AC that didn’t really warm the room up and it was making some weird noises. You could hear all the outside noises from the neighbors. No coffee machine. You could find a little coffee pot but there was no coffee provided by the host.

the location and the proximity to the city center, it felt safe. it was good for the money we paid

it needs some renovation of the walls :)

Very small (much smaller than it looks in the pictures) and not well kept (see photos). There's a pub/club in the building, we could not sleep well on Friday night because of the noise, even with closed windows. Ridiculously overpriced for what you get.
