La ubicación, buenas vistas, luminosa, comodidad para aparcar, buena cama y sofá. La lavadora fácil de usar.

Lo que no me ha gustado es que no estaba limpio, sobre todo la cocina ya que no se podía dejar escurrir los platos lavados al estar todo sucio. Mesa incomoda con unos taburetes que era imposible comer sin marcharte. Sartén no apta para la inducción. Tuvimos que hacernos unos tristes huevos en la olla de acero inoxidable. No había ni microondas ni tostadora. Cafeteras a punta pala pero sucias. Extractor muy ruidoso y aire acondicionado con olor a humedad. Cortinas incómodas, ya que no son opacas del todo. A las 07:00 de la mañana me molestaba la luz del sol.
