Alberto the owner is a nice person, The apartment is just fun to stay.

The apartment is indeed pleasant and spacious, but we have traveled extensively in Europe and stayed in many similar accommodation apartments, and we have never encountered such stinginess as in this apartment. 1. There is nothing in the apartment other than the basics. For example, there is not even hand soap. We thought it was a mistake and asked, and were told it was not part of what they provide. Of course, there is nothing in the kitchen but dishes, not even sugar. We were even informed that toilet paper (!!!) is only provided for two days, and we have to buy the rest ourselves. 2. The heating policy of the place is that you can’t turn on the heating until the temperature outside drops below 5 degrees Celsius. So if you're cold and it's above 5 outside - it's your problem. We were cold on the first evening we arrived, and the response was that we can’t turn on the heating, and that we came to the mountains, so what did we expect? (The answer is that we expected the option to heat the apartment according to our choice and to what is comfortable for us. We paid for our stay in the apartment, we didn't stay for free. The apartment description on the website states that there is heating, without any conditions, and that's how it should be). At least when we asked for additional blankets for the night, they immediately brought them to us. 3. The television only broadcasts basic Italian free channels. It is the year 2023 - for a relatively low monthly cost, you can subscribe to Netflix and provide a much more pleasant hosting experience. 4. The local policy is to dispose of trash in central bins. However, it would have been possible to collect the guests' trash at regular intervals or at the end of their stay along with cleaning the apartment, instead of sending them for a walk to empty trash bins during their vacation.

Large, modern apartment in the centre of town. The apartment has a beautiful style and perfect for a family to visit for multiple days. Lots of space for parking and convenient to walk to restaurants and supermarkets.

Only downsides were a lack of basic essentials such as handsoap, shower toiletries, cooking oil, salt and pepper. No non-Italian language tv shows and no ability for selecting sub-titles.

Very clean and well provisioned kettle etc. Central to village near to restaurants and shops.

Loved the apartment, all very new and clean. We enjoyed the location, great to walk to everything in Canazei.

Missing some simple kitchen utensils, like sissors or cheese crater.

Could need more kitchen tools.
