Clean, spacy, modern apartment on a silent location with amazing view to the ocean and gardens, like on the photos. Fully separated house with two rooms, a complete top floor. Equipped with all necessary devices, even a washing machine, microwave, boiling kettle, which are not common at such apartments. Really comfortable double bed, excellent wifi connection. There is no private parking, but we could always find a place at the nearest street. Very steep road, so parking needs experienced driver! Good location to explore the whole island, a few minutes from the motorway and airport. Don't expect perfect beaches for swimming, but this is true for whole Madeira. Arrival was not as difficult as someone described, we had to pass a corridor which can be seen on one of the Booking photos. At the end of the corridor there is an open gate. If you inform the owners about arrival time, they will watch you in order to help. After checkin we didnt't meet the hosts any more, even not at checkout. But not everybody needs contact. All good, obrigado!

Spacious, modern, beautiful appartment on the top floor with a terrace and gorgeous view of the ocean and the distant Deserted Islands. Situated in an elegant neighbourhood only 2 minutes from the motorway exit, making it an ideal base to explore the whole island by car. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen and the bathroom well equipped. The owner doesn't speak any English but welcomed us in a very friendly manner. Communication with the responsible lady was seamless in English via Booking.com chat before our stay, and she was very helpful and flexible regarding our special requests. This was our best holiday home ever, we will definitely stay here again if we return to Madeira.

There were some minor issues like difficult to close doors, jammed kitchen sink tap and tiny ants in the kitchen. Parking was rather difficult on the steep road. Despite this, it was clearly a 10/10 stay.
