La vue est à couper le souffle, vue sur les îles désertes + soleil au lever très agréable + localisation qui est bien la plage en dessous est top + parking sécurisé

La literie (manque des lattes+matelas creusé au milieu), serviettes rêches, interrupteurs mal fixé au mur, volet de la chambre cassé

Nice place with a splendid view over the bay. Convienend located inbetween the Airport and the City. Challenge drive however (like more Madeiran roads) to the parking spot. Clean with all the necessary amenitied.

You need a car for this location. This a a good advise anyway for Madeira but for this location it's a must

The apartment boasts a beautiful location with sea views and sunshine all day long. The terrace is spacious. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, and the living area is also pleasantly large and equipped with everything you could need. The entire complex is very well-maintained with a lovely garden. The underground parking garage with elevator is perfect for parking. Wi-Fi is always available. Highly recommended.

A parasol would be nice, the lovely terrace gets quite warm during the day. German television is available to a limited extent (no public broadcasters) or for a fee....It's not really important...

Mike fue muy simpatico y atento durante mi estancia, en el apartamento se respira paz y tranquilidad, las vistas son impresionantes! Y el lugar estaba limpio y cómodo. En la zona hay restaurantes y supermercados pequeños para comprar.

Todo genial! Solo se me ocurre que eché en falta tener un poquito de aceite de cortesía para cocinar

Fabulous location looking directly out to sea, the view shown is real! Lovely to watch the sunrise over the Desertas Islands. Very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and full oven and hob. Also has a private parking space in the garage under the property. Good location for getting to to the VR1 to explore the island. Had the pleasure of meeting our host Mike who could not have been more helpful. He replied promptly to queries and was incredibly helpful. This topped off a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Can highly recommend this apartment without reservation.
