Lovely 2 Bedroom Sea view apartment

Apartamento muy amplio y nuevo. Todo el mobiliario en perfecto estado. Situado en Caniço junto al acceso a la autovía que facilitaba enormemente los traslados. A escasos 8 minutos del aeropuerto y 10 de Funchal. La cosa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar la vacaciones, desde plancha a lavadora. También tiene a 3 minutos en coche un centro comercial donde poder hacer compra. Cuenta también con plaza de aparcamiento en sótano. Es grande pero la entrada al garaje tiene cierta complicación, y más teniendo en cuenta que se suelen usar coches alquilados 😅. La coordinación con la propietaria fué estupenda en todo momento.

Parking con acceso complicado pero es preferible a tener el coche al sol.

The beds are small for two adults, they are 140cm wide which we normally find challenging. They are also very hard. The provided towels were smelly…

Really nice place to stay, live and explore the richness of Madeira. I`m glad, that I found this place. Contact with the owner was also perfect!

In the neighbourhood were a minimum of 2 dogs barking every morning from 5 to 7 am. We couldn't sleep and closing the window wasn't helpful. 1 dog was in the garden next to the balcony in a dog kennel.

The reception was super friendly and helpful. Questions were answered competently, friendly and very fast. The building has been renovated and is in good condition. The accommodation itself was clean, well equipped and the location was fantastic.

Essentially no negative points. Only the ants on site are a bit annoying. Sweet drinks and food should not be left standing around and used dishes should be cleaned quickly.

The appartement is clean well kept with modern inventory (could use a ventilator in the bedrooms on very warm nights though ;) ) and is situated in a nice building and centrally located in caniço. Nice view of the sea from the balcony. Public transportation to funchal is good but you have to make a study of the departure times.The island is exceptional. It's not a beach island, and you really need transport to get around to explore. All was good.

The highway is not far, thus during the night, with the windows open, the traffic along can be heard.
