Das Haus ist leider etwas hellhörig und die größere Straße dahinter in der Früh relativ frequentiert.

It's a really big, well equiped apartment with terrific view of Funchal and the ocean. We liked the location, not so far away from the city center. Very easy communication with the manager.

I was charged additional 120 eur for cleaning but that was fixed quickly after I texted the manager. I had to pick up the keys from the office in Funchal (they were supposed to be inside the mail box) and we got that message when we arrived at the airport. Not a big issue but time consuming.

The terrace with spectacular ocean view was an added plus, the kitchen was fully equipped, easy to find a parking place on the street - and it also had a garage. We also appreciated that we could collect the keys before the check-in time.

The main bathroom was in perfect condition, but the second bathroom could be more comfortable with some improvement work

Everything was great!
