Appartamento spazioso , comodo e pulito. Posizione perfetta

Die Fewo ist direkt an Fischerviertel und dem Markt und sehr zentral. Direkt unter der Wohnung ist auch ein Supermarkt Pingo Doce, man bekommt dort fast alles, was man in deutschen Supermarkt erwarten. Bei der Ankunft muss man in dem Supermarkt parken und etwas kaufen, um dann auch "kostenlos" an dem Schlüssel zu kommen.

Der Parkplatz kostet pro Tag um 8 €. Die Ausfahrt ist sehr eng, habe ich gleich bei der ersten Ausfahrt Kratze bekommen, die von dem Autovermieter Guerin 350 € aus meiner Kaution abgezogen hat. In der Küche ist eigentlich keine Küchenmesser vorhanden, der Pfanne könnte auch längst ausgetauscht werden. Einen Tag hatten wir kein Warmwasser, war allerdings Adriane auch sehr zügig gekommen und hat gezeigt, woran das liegen kann.

Very good central location so everything was within easy reach. It was on the 5th floor at the rear of the building. The balcony overlooked a side road with great views up the hill. Access was by a lift from the front main road entrance. The apartment was immaculately clean with a fully equipped kitchen, utility room and comfortable living area. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a big walk in shower. There was plenty of wardrobe space(inc plenty of hangers) & drawer space. The added bonus was that there was a huge supermarket in the basement accessed via the lift & escalator. The host supplied excellent instructions on how to access the apartment & responded promptly to a couple of questions that we had.

There was nothing about this apartment that we didn’t like.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, c'è una comodissima zona lavanderia con la lavatrice e c'è anche un bel terrazzino dove rilassarsi. La vista su Funchal di notte è molto bella.

Lo stendino per il bucato è rotto per cui risulta inutilizzabile per metà dello spazio

Tenía todo lo que necesitamos,limpieza,importante plaza de parking en el mismo edificio,muy buena ubicación

La ubicación es lo mejor de este apartamento. Adriana es muy buena anfitriona. Tiene plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio. Las camas son bastante cómodas. La recogida y entrega de llaves es muy cómoda.

El apartamento tenía muchas hormigas en el salón y en la cocina. Hacia mucho calor, no hay aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador portátil que es insuficiente para el calor que hacía ya que le da muchas horas el sol al apartamento. No había ni gel ni champú. El tendedero estaba roto. La luz de la terraza no funcionaba.
