Kitchen Is very well equipped. You also have washing Machine. Nice surprise was balcony with sunbeds. TV has all the Smart functions. Apartmant was very clean And spacious. Communication with owner was good. Overall this Is very good quality for low price, so I would totally recommend this aparment.

New frying pan would be amazing. Everything sticks to this old one and Its really annoying to wash it. And one more detail, shower head change would be nice. Its not that bad right now, but it would be amazing with new one, becouse shower Is good overall. Please repair the toilet seat. It keeps falling.

"Clean property with beautiful terrace!"

More local neighbourhood and there was a beautiful terrace overlooking funchal where we regularly had breakfast. The place was very clean and perfect for up to 4 people. Easy checkin and checkout.

Just a little far from funchal (on the way back only) it is quite uphill but we knew this from other reviews.

clean, friendly owner, close to old town Funchal (located on the residential side of the city), feeling like home

neighbours’ dogs barking at night is quite disturbing, shower sink/basin needs some work to allow a smooth water/waste flow

out 15-20 minutes walk to the sea and city centre, and the double room has a beautiful view of the sea and city, with its large French door and balcony. Taxi fares are not particularly expensive and generally a little cheaper than the bus fares for a family of 4. Comfortable shower and clean house, useful kitchen, including a good espresso coffee machine. Enjoy your stay and this gorgeous island!
