Property is well located within Canmore. Beds are comfortable.

The unit is much smaller and darker than it appears in the photos. Some of the main floor furnishings are tired; the living room rug has an odour. This unit is not for anyone with a mobility issue - there are steep steps to the second floor bedrooms and no grab bars in the showers. The Keurig coffee maker did not work. There is a lack of privacy from the living room windows (on a walkway) and no view.

The townhouse comfortably accommodated 4 adults. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool and hot tub were close.

No direct communication with the hosts was available. We had to logon to Booking.com every time we needed something, and wait. Check-in information was late- we received an email a couple of hours before arrival but since we were already in transit, much of the `preparation information' was received too late. Poor transition from the first reservation to the 2nd. We were charged $175 for cleaning that wasn't done and we struggled to just get fresh towels and coffee supplies. Parking is a nightmare- only one vehicle allowed and we received a $120 parking ticket. Finally, this unit is not for anybody with mobility challenges- bathrooms and bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and even the beds are very high off the ground.

Loved hot tub and heated pool even if it was winter time

In the condo itself you don’t have mountain view from windows but that didn’t bother us in order to get hot tub and oool

very spacious, beds are very comfortable, super clean, 20 minutes away from Banff which is very convenient, great value! we had a very nice stay here and will definitely recommend this place!

shampoo/conditioner dispensers are old and a bit hard to pump out shampoo/conditioner, but it's a minor issue.

The area is beautiful, our kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tub, there's nothing quite like swimming outside in December during a blizzard to make memories. The suite was spacious and well stocked with blankets, towels, pillows, dishes, etc. Everything worked great, the keurig and washer/dryer was a great bonus, and the dishwasher was even better. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

The only complaint I have is the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable, my back is still hurting from it. Also, I highly suggest bringing robes with you if you plan on using the pool and hot tub. There's only one change room and it's a chilly walk back to the room in wet clothes and a towel.

There were a lot of kitchen supplies, coffee, tea, and other equipment that we really needed and it was very cool, a beautiful, clean pool, and thank you for the opportunity to swim outside, it was a nice bonus.

There was dust in many places and it wasn't completely cleaned. In some places, it wasn't cleaned very well and dust remained.

Handy Canmore location. Parking was manageable. While not a private pool/hot tub as advertised it is a nice size setup. We were there on a quiet night and found the hot pool quite lovely.

Haven't slept on such uncomfortable beds before. Everyone in our group of 4 adults had very uncomfortable, poor quality sleeps and woke with sore backs. Sheets were perhaps clean but stained, worn out and miss matching. Pillow cases torn. Found it not very clean and very worn out. Lighting fixtures flickering and missing lamp shades, shower glass in need of repair, etc. They ask you for help on clean up which I respect but it was annoying there wasn't even a door mat inside the entry to manage wet boots. Didn't particularly feel clean but also wasn't dirty. Maybe just needs some care?
