Hansen House Cardiff Apartment with Parking

Tony the owner was so friendly, he was very helpful.

Very accommodating host, Terry was helpful with directions to a gig we were attending on the night aswell having never been to Cardiff before. The apartment was very welcoming with lovely decor and clean throughout. The apartment smelt pleasant, a comfortable bed also. Thankyou Terry, we will be sure to use you again on our next trip to Cardiff as perfectly situated, close to all major music venues in the area.

Tony, the host was very friendly and welcoming. He was sending us messages while we were on our way to the property, to ensure that we do not miss the place. His phone number was always available to call at any time. He gives you direction on how to find your way around the city.

The only thing I didn't like was the colour of the towel. It should have been white to sparkle the cleanliness of the entire facility.

The communication with Tony was great. The apartment was spotless. Exceeded my expectation. Wish I'd have booked 2 nights. Bed was comfy. I will definitely be returning.

A great location for the Principality Stadium. On site free parking was good. The host was very friendly and informative, I would have no hesitations booking this again.

Would have liked more towels. There was no toilet roll holder or hand towel rail near sink. Strangely, Although apartment was very clean, the soap dispenser was very dusty on the top.

Tony is an amazing host. He was engaged, communicative and just very friendly. His apartment is also lovely and very well located. The pool and gym facilities were also really good and much appreciated.
