The cosy nature of the location The different floors separated the different areas added this nice casual living vibes Big TV and rooms were warm

Shower water was too hot and ran out quickly Only one glass for 2 people Bed was uncomfortable

This is such a shame. There was damage to the kitchen and bathroom door, the sofa was ripped and stained and actually held together with external bolts, the TV was smashed and broken, the bathroom was clearly visibly dirty and you had to get the key by leaning over dirty and overflowing bins: nice.

We didn't like the fact that the agent, whilst very polite and friendly, said that they knew it had issues and that's why it was available at a reduced rate. That's actually worth nothing to paying guests who are unaware of any of this. We see good photos of an available property but no caveat warning us that it's currently reduced due to being a dump.

Did not like it. Tv did not work. Internet did not work. Heating did not work. Hot water was on and off.

Didn't like it all. Stairs we filthy,windows full of cobwebs , no Internet, WiFi, 1 heater worked out of 3, hot water was on and off .Staff were not helping at all .spoiled our new years eve .Forced to leave ,Fighting for a refund with the property now they are trying to charge us for a locksmith which surprisingly will be the same cost as the refund which we have not received!!

Very warm and comfortable stay. Great tucked away little apartment. Even better it has private parking. Just what I needed for having to work at the local hospital. Good communication when asking questions. Highly recommended

The curtain pole has fallen in the bed room but still it’s an awesome place to book and i booking again for sure at this place in my next visits.

Overall design was nice.

No Internet. No TV as there was no Internet. Nowhere to hang your clothes. No sink plug or bowl to wash up properly. Curtains fell down in bedroom.
