Perfect location in a leafy street tucked away at the back of the building, with a lovely little decking area to sit outside at the back. Comfortable bed and sofa bed and well equipped kitchen area. Bathroom has a spacious bath and shower which is a nice bonus for a 1 bedroom little flat. Staff were very friendly, and the ability to book a late check out was very handy. Free on street parking was great, particularly given the proximity to the city and major events.

The flat is extremely noisy due to construction work taking place in the neighboring apartment. Workers are making excessive noise throughout the day, and it sounds as though demolition work is being carried out. This has significantly affected my comfort and enjoyment of the property. In addition, the fan in the flat is not working, which is causing further inconvenience.

Clean modern flat, spacious bathroom, double bedroom with mirror front fitted wardrobe. The bed settee was actually comfortable. The bathroom was seperate which was a nice surprise because in the photo online it looked as though it was ensuite (not straight forward for someone at night sleeping on the bed settee) White bedding and towels professionally laundered. We appreciated the Welcome pack and toiletries. Easy amd helpful communication with the host and hosting company. Easy to use entry/locking system.

While the provision of a coffee machine was a luxury and an 'extra' I think anyone not happy to drink Nescafe instant would more appreciate, a different type to Nespresso pods which frankly taste disgusting in my opinion.

Nice property located 25 minute walk from the City centre. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to any questions that we had. When we arrived there was a nice welcome bag waiting for us with some basics like milk and crisps etc

It was quite compact for 3 people . No bench space to prepare food .

We stayed in Apartment 6 on the second floor. Overall, the apartment is suitable for a longer stay. However, we noticed the following points: - There are some strange blinking devices in the bedrooms (they seem to be speakers, but they could easily be mistaken for cameras). - The TV does not work properly, and there are very few free-to-air channels available. - The kitchen is well equipped (oven, microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine). - There is a washer-dryer available. - The waste separation system is excellent, with very large bins for the different types of waste. - The shower was not clean, and the glass screen is far too small, causing water to spread across the bathroom floor. - Both the bathroom and the kitchen were not properly cleaned. - The door in one of the bedrooms does not close completely. - The wardrobes/shelves have no shelf boards installed. - The beds and pillows are very comfortable. - There are no regular windows (only skylights), so the apartment receives very little natural light. - The apartment gets warm quickly because it is on the second floor and there is no air conditioning. - Being on the second floor without an elevator is inconvenient when traveling with children. - The location is central, with several bus stops within walking distance. - The surrounding area is not very clean, and the sidewalks are difficult to use with a stroller. - A safe is provided. Overall, the apartment has some good features for a longer stay, but there are several maintenance and cleanliness issues that should be addressed.
