Perfect location, ideal space

This apartment presents an appealing aesthetic.

The room temperature was inconsistent, which significantly impacted nighttime sleep due to fluctuations in warmth.

Heating wasn’t in best condition, only one heater was working.

Very nice top floor flat, with an interesting layout due to the roof. Comfortable sofa and nice sized bath / shower, although the temperature controls in the bath can be a little sensitive. They also left a useful bag of things such as hot drinks and washing consumables. Plenty of clean towels and space, and a pretty modern feel. Next time we visit Cardiff there's a very high chance of staying here again (despite the bed!)

The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever had (do note I am disabled with joint problems), but a hard sprung mattress is really not good for my body or sleep! A choice of a "non-refundable deposit" (so not a deposit), or a substantially larger refundable deposit, was not mentioned in the listing - there were no problems with them refunding it, but this should still be mentioned, especially as people will book and pay on here and then maybe find out they can't actually stay there... The motion sensitive lights aren't very sensitive - coming out of the flat in the dark has the hall lights not turn on until near the main hall, and coming into the building at night doesn't always have the outside light come on - light is needed for entering the code to get in or pressing the button to lock the flat 🤦‍♂️

Excellent accomodation. All facilities and host supplied thoughtful extras to make life easy. Very close to city, quiet and lovely set up.

Nothing really, a little way from a supermarket but that’s just planning.
