Bella Vista

La localisation est idéale, en face du marché des Laboureurs et très proche du centre ville de Funchal. La terrasse est un plus aussi avec une belle vue sur le marché et la ville. Il y a la climatisation ce qui fait du bien car l’appartement est au 3eme étage.

Окна выходили в маленький дворик,где было несколько огромных труб от вытяжки из кафе рядом.Они ужасно постоянно и днем и ночью гудели,при этом еще весь запах жареной еды шел в квартиру.На этаже в квартире напротив проходят какие-то уроки,учитель очень громко разговаривает и ты соышишь весь урок.Ввобщем,очень шумно,проветрить комнату нельзя и дышать нечем.Не рекомендую.

Location is very good, you can enjoy Funchal without a car, you have everything very close. The apartment was very clean bed sheets and towel smelling very good.

There were two power plugs not working, one in the kitchen another behind the sofa bed, I forgot to report to the responsible person. For three persons in the apartment you have to keep in mind that the sofa bed is in a shared space with the kitchen, so there is not much privacy, not a complain because I knew it before, but sometimes we don’t think about it.

The apartment was small but very nice altogether. The bathroom was clean and already had shampoo and soap. Sonia, the host, came to my rescue when she helped me to unlock the entrance door when I had trouble opening it.

The apartment I stayed in is right next door to a math Professor who had lectures on afternoons, right after I came back to the apartment after a hike and planned on taking a nap. He would speak quite loudly and there was no way to avoid it. The street in which the apartment is located is a bit quirky. Some homeless and drunk people around.

De locatie van het appartement lis fantastisch. Er zijn veel bezienswaardigheden op loop afstand. Ook kun je kiezen uit veel restaurants en bars. Supermarkt waar alles te krijgen is ook binnen 5 minuten te bereiken.

Hoge trappen zonder lift. Als je niet goed ter been bent, moet je een ander verblijf zoeken.

Apartmány jsou vedle tržnice, v okolí je mnoho restaurací i obchodů, historické centrum, promenáda i autobusové zastávky jsou v docházkové vzádelnosti

Měli jsme rezervovány dva apartmány. Ve schránce však byly klíče pouze od jednoho apartmánu, ubytovatel po telefonické urgenci slíbil druhé klíče dodat během 20 min, což se nestalo a museli jsme dodání klíčů opakovaně urgovat a klíče jsme dostali až po hodině. Komunikace s ubytovatelem byla nepružná. Apartmán Laurisilva má okno do světlíku, ve světlíku neustále hučí klimatizace a při otevření okna jde do místností pach smaženého jídla z restaurace v přízemí. V apartmánu je třeba svíit i přes den, protože ze světlíku jde málo světla.

The apartment had everything we needed and even more (comfortable mattress, hairdryer, iron, kitchenware, tabletop electric stove, kettle). Very good location.

There was a bit of noise from outside, possibly from an air conditioner or an exhaust fan, but it didn’t disturb our sleep.

Location is very central. Market across the street is very convenient and many other grocery stores nearby

There are bars underneath that can get noisy because of people hanging outside but the insulation was good to lessen the noise

The apartment is nice, corresponds to the photos and description. It has everything we need. It is in the center with a lot of supermarkets and cafes around. The host is very polite and responds quickly.

Opposite is the market, which opens early in the morning, where people deliver goods and talk very loudly. The windows help reduce the noise, but not completely. Unfortunately, they wake us too early. Earplugs for sleeping are necessary

A very central location, just a few minutes walk to the seafront, the Funchal cable car, while the very popular market (Mercado) is literally just across the road.

The rather steep stairway would certainly be a difficulty for someone with mobility problems.
