Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem, na naszą prośbę przedłużono pobyt o kilka godz, ze względu na popołudniowy lot

It was clean, comfortable and very well located.

We had to wait for more than one hour to be checked in. We also had to call to have the balcony door fixed (it did not lock properly) and to have the shower drain fixed. It did not drain properly and water leaked out while showering.

Lack of a heating system.

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment in a nice, quiet, residential location, near cafes and restaurants. Paolo showed us around the apartment on our first day, he was very welcoming and and gave us some useful information about the area

20 min walk into centre of town, cable car and bus station. I rang about an issue with the sliding door not locking but it wasn’t fixed during our stay.. we were on the first level so we felt safe enough, but would’ve been nice to get a call back about it, as promised.

the location is good, the compound is quiet and clean, the apartment is big and comfortable, nice balcony, convenient kitchen facilities and washing machine. parking lot is easy for parking and free of charge.

the overall location is good but it not easy to navigate to the exact building if you are the first time to Maderia. We couldn't made us available to call the landlord in advance when we arrived at airport, when we arrived around the destination building at evening, we can't find which one is the right one. We called reception but she said we need time and then we can pick you up. Luckily one person helped us to entered the compound, BUT NO ONE from the property picked us up until 40 MINUTES late!!! we waited at evening in ground with our luggage, we kept calling reception every 8-10 minutes, but every time the reception answered "he is on the way to pick up you", BUT no one appeared and only after 40 minutes we met property staff! That gave us very uncomfortable experience the reception (lady) was too discursive to respond client! and the property staff blamed us that we didn't call them in advance so they can't organize properly, but ask client awaiting 40 minutes is not acceptable, to be honest!

Great furnished flat. Good check in process. Close walk to Funchal centre.

The patio doors didnt lock very well - safety risk. The apartment needs AC, it gets so hot inside.
