Albatross Condo in PGA Village, 2 bedroom 1 bath, A Side

The space was clean and bright with a high ceiling. House was well equipped, especially kitchen (even you have a laundry room- very important for sea side vacations!). Lady was so helpful during our stay, replying the messages all the time. Complex where the apartment is located is a very green and quite neighborhood. As a family with two kids, we had a great spring break!

There were two cons for this property: 1- Although pool was shown in the pictures, it was under maintanance (for a long time) and we were not allowed to use the other pool at the second part of the community. That was disappointing for the kids. 2- Cleaning fee was too high (equal to two-nights of stay). That makes this place almost same price with 4* hotels (or condos close at the downtown)

The condo was easily accessible with ample public parking. The location is great and the area is very nice. There is easy access to lots of stores and resraurant and the interstate. The condo was clean and fully stocked with linens and kitchen supplies. Great porch sitting area with nice screens, fans, and light. Good TV's with plenty of cable and smart TV options. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of pillows. Kitchen appliances were new and operational. Decor was nice and modern. Second floor was quiet. Did not use laundry. Good cold AC. Plenty of lighting. Second bathroom sink and garden tub was nice feature. Huge walk in closet. Great communication with the owner via the app. Would definitely recommend.

Water pressure in shower was a little low. Neighbors were noisy both nights very late into the night. Not the condo's fault and probably something to do with the big storm evacuees, but kids were outside screaming at midnight and 1 am.
