Everything was great. Nice, clean, and spacious apartment. Fully furnished kitchen, if you want to cook. The bus stop is very close to the apartment. The owner was really nice, he left fruits, packet of bread and a bottle of wine. We met the owner by chance in a shopping complex and he gave us a lift to the apartment. Highly recommended place for a family or group of 3-4 people.

Grear location to go anywhere by car. Looked bigger than the pictures. Just very attentive. Strongly recommend

The host left us fresh fruit, bread, wine and champagne knowing we were arriving on New year's eve.

The apartment is nice and spacious. When you have a rental car, you are within minutes on the highway. Reaching town is easy by bus and even walking is possible if you are up to a bit of exercise. The welcome by José, the owner was very nice. He is very quick and responsive when you reach out to him.

Excellent host, very helpful with instructions on where to park and how to get the keys! Checked in regularly via WhatsApp to check everything OK. Made the trip very easy!

The apartment has everything you'd need, and is at an excellent location. It was perfectly clean, and José was very kind showing me how everything works. Good reserved parking space in the same building, and great Internet connection.

Jose’s apartment is a perfect base for exploring Madeira. it’s really well equipped - everything you need in the kitchen, comfy lounge and big comfortable bed. Great shower. everything works and is spotlessly clean. There are lots of buses with easy access to Funchal centre within minutes of the apartment and if you have a car there is safe parking at the apartment block. The best thing is Jose and his wife’s attention to meeting and greeting, leaving fruit and bread etc in the kitchen for my arrival and very welcome help with transfers on arrival and departure.

The apartement was simply perfect: spacious, confortable, extremely well equiped, with a nice terrasse. The communication with our host was also very good. He kindly showed us everything in the apartement and had some groceries ready for us ( coffee, tea, fruits, bread, cheese). We had a very nice stay at jose's place and absolutely recommend it!
