The view

The view is doing all the work here. Inside, everything feels tired, dirty or broken: dirty ripped furniture, dirty ripped curtains, dirty dishes, a loud, banging old washing machine, and a jacuzzi that’s basically unusable since the power keeps cutting out. It honestly felt like everything you touched might fall apart. Great view, but the inside seriously needs some love (and a full refresh).

Loved the terrace and views. It’s quite a comfortable flat, a positive for us was that we were able to log in to Netflix and Prime.

You can tell it’s been well used but it didn’t bother us. The main issue we encountered was that the AC heating wasn’t working well and we were quite cold. We tried to call and emailed twice but as it was a weekend we received no answer. We had a week booked for next summer which we have cancelled due to the lack of communication. If we were to have a leak or any issues during our stay we don’t feel we would be able to contact anyone.

El apartado en si mismo y la urbanización

La terraza es hermosa pero es una pena que lo tengan tan desangelada y sucia. Hasta tenía hierbajos saliendo entre las baldosas del suelo, la alfombra que miraba a césped puesta a los pies de jacuzzi la quitamos porque estaba asquerosa. Dentro del apartamento estaba algo más limpio pero no entiendo porque ocupan cajones con cosas inservible no me atreví a ver qué era ya que era como una tela toda enrollada y no vi la necesidad de ver que era.

Estaba muy nuevo, una terraza espectacular con barabacoa y jazcussi, cama cómoda

El aire acondicionado no era suficiente y aunque le bajaras los grados salía con poca fuerza y no muy frío

Me gustó mucho que tenía todas las comodidades, y está muy bien ubicado

No me gustó nada que el apartamento está bastante descuidado tanto por limpieza, como por mantenimiento del mismo

La ubicación

Limpieza deficiente, parasol exterior roto y TV averiada. El propietario se portó muy bien e intentó solucionarlo, aunque desgraciadamente no fue posible antes de la finalización de la estancia.

Very nice apartment and huge terrace with jacuzzi. Very quiet location.

The fridge/freezer was switched off when we arrived and took a few hours to get its temperature. Also the remote for the garage door was at the apartment and not with the rest of the keys in the key box. No problem but we could have been told.
