AEThe apartment was very near the pool which was handy. There was everything we needed to self-cater for the week. Although the beach and centre of Cascais were too far to walk to, they were very close by taxi.
The agents we were dealing with were difficult to get an answer out of. We had sent messages but got no reply. It was very noisy at night, either kids kicking footballs against the outer walls or people upstairs making noise. One of the beds was a foldout and was very uncomfortable.
ILThe staff was excellent and answered every one of our requests. Any issue was resolved in a timely manner.
GBLocation really good for our visit. Lovely peaceful area. Good access to local facilities. Great apartment and pool area. Good facilities available in the apartment.
One item of furniture unfortunately badly stained but very comfortable. Generally very good.

We had to start our holiday cleaning the floor as it was very dirty. Description said “private pool” when in fact it was a shared pool. Photo of bbq area did not mention you had to book the bbq area in advance as it was shared with the rest of the condominium. Picture fell off wall in middle of night falling onto my son. neighbours in the condominium clearly did not want us there. Three double beds no good for a family…teens do not like sharing a bed with sisters.
