Excellent place, very well located, close to main bus stops that take you to trails, also close to supermarkets and the main attractions in Funchal. Private and spacious bathroom, clean room. During the night it's silent.

Perfect location for walking everywhere in Old Town

No a/c is normal here (not like in the U.S.)but it got warmer than I’m used to and I got hot a few times. We went in early October. In the US we are used to having a/c.

Our accommodation was very spacious and clean located in the Old Town of Funchal. We loved the view from our balconies. Had a lovely stay, thank you.

I rented the one-bedroom, two-bedroom and duplex for one week for my family. The apartments were all very beautiful, super high ceilings, bright, and extremely spacious. The location was amazing, walking distance to everything in old Funchal. We had 3 cars and used the parking lot everyday which was secure and easy to access once you get the hang of it. The amenities were functional: coffee, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, fridge. Overall, I loved having a large group of us living altogether in a very CLEAN and beautiful place, located close to everything. Beatriz was very reachable and answered all my questions. Self check in was very easy with her instructions.

Only complaint is that it gets quite hot and there are mosquitoes. The way to fix this problem is to install screens on all of the windows so that we can sleep with windows open without getting bitten - when windows are open there is a very nice breeze. One of the rooms was missing a fan which made it extra hot.

Great location and host, Beatriz was very welcoming. Property is huge and great for big families. We had a great stay there and I’d recommend it to others.

Location is great. Directly in the Centre of Funchal.

It was quite humid in the room. Luckily they provide some fans. Moreover it was kind of not organized: We didn’t get any info how to enter the accommodation but only after we made the call. Also I asked if I could get the information how to enter the room after the call via message but never received it.
