Zentrale Lage, gut und sauber eingerichtet

The property was very spacious with an amazing central location in Funchal.

The WIFI connection wasn’t great. This was fine for our particular trip but I wouldn’t stay here if planning to do work remotely.

Good location and spacious with large living area. Walkable to most attractions with the parking a very convenient addition.

A little noisy due to poor noise insulation between apartments. Showers did not drain that well with the top floor bathroom suffering from some sewage smell.

single beds haven’t been very comfortable, a bit noisy from the small street, there were ants in the double-bedroom and kitchen

Lage ist Super (5 Minuten vom Zentrum), Ausstattung ( man hat alles, vom Föhn, Bügelbrett bis Waschmaschine und sogar Waschmittel), Fernseher, viel Platz vorhanden und mit Parkmöglichkeit. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, wir haben zufälligerweise Familienangehörige getroffen und sie dürften bei uns parkieren. Am 30.12. kamen die Gastgeber persönlich vorbei und haben uns über das Unwetter und Feuerwerk informiert.

Wir hatten 3x kein Warmes Wasser aber die Gastgeber haben sich entschuldigt und dafür frische Tücher gebracht und das Check-out verlängert.

Beautifully renovated, furnished, well equipped and spacious apartment, set in a reasonably quiet street close to all areas of Funchal city. Having both an outside seating area and car parking space an added bonus.

Just a personal thing really, would have been nice to meet the hosts. All instructions were sent by email after we had arrived in Madeira so if you didn't have internet/email access on your phone this could have been a problem.
