QUINTA TORRINHA PANORAMA Apartment

Beautiful oasis in the city. The lush gardens, koi pond, beautiful terraces, lovely pool and steam room made for a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island. Hosts were fabulous, helpful and made you feel at home. Fantastic breakfast available in the morning and a great location about 10 minutes from town center.

everything was perfect!

What an amazing oasis in the middle of Funchal! My husband and I came to Madeira to hike/explore and wanted more room than a hotel could offer. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that came with a living area, dining area, and full kitchen. The washer/dryer was great to have mid-week after hiking in typical Madeira weather. I cannot say enough good things about Quinta Torrinha…not only was the apartment amazing, but the entire compound was a fabulous surprise. The owner has spent years making it the perfect getaway for couples or groups. The grounds are gorgeous and Matthias and Suzanne made sure we had everything we needed and made nightly dinner reservations for us at some of the best restaurants in Funchal. We would 100% recommend and can’t wait to return!

The place was like a little piece of paradise. The service was exceptional and Suzanne made us feel like we were film stars. Cannot recommend this place more highly. The pictures do not do it justice as it is very very beautiful.

the only thing I could say regarding the breakfast is exceptional! not only bc of the quality of the food and options but the service, details and their commitment to catering to all who stay. Susana was our to go person and she helped with tours, taxi pick/drop offs, one day our boys, 21 and 23 just wanted to stay in enjoy the pool, Turkish bath, work out and jacuzzi while my husband and I went into town and had dinner, Susana arranged take out for them. there was nothing they wouldn't do. And then we have Matthias and Conrad aka Conie!! lovely just lovely!! if you are lucky you will have the honor to have Matthias cook dinner!!!! can't say enough of our experience!!! thank you!!

that our trip came to an end. (FYI the hotel is about a 10 minute walk into town if you want to grab a taxi its about $7-$10.)

The location was fabulous. The service was nothing short of excellent. The apartment was top class. Its a pity that I can only give ita 10/10. They deserve way more than that. The view from all of the windows were breathataking.

You cannot better perfection.

Everything , it’s immaculate , stunning , attention to detail is some of the best I’ve ever seen . The staff are all incredible , everyone . The gardens are impeccable. There’s nothing to be faulted . The owner is so involved in every part of his place and the staff are just so kind but you don’t feel intruded on . The pools the gym it’s all amazing . No expense has been spared , in my opinion it’s great value for the standard .

Nothing it’s perfect

Matthias and Susana gave us an unforgettable experience from the first minute we arrived. They are the most wonderful hosts! Quinta Torrinha is a beautiful property with exquisite gardens, 2 pools, and lots of space to find an intimate corner to relax. The panorama luxury apartment is impeccably decorated, bathed in light and the perfect place to stay. We highly recommend staying at Quinta Torrinha and we will definitely return!

Beautiful grounds, immaculately kept! Our apartment was lovely - modern design, comfortable and tasteful. Not only do you have your own apartment but you also have access to a beautiful manor house with bar and media room, library and comfortable lounges including a terrace overlooking Funchal, with Sea Views!
