La ubicación muy buena. Muy ventilado y bonito sitio

Que la app ponía de gastos municipales 2 euros persona día ,pero en realidad es el doble. La propiedad lo soluciono.

Ubicación buena dando a una plaza pequeña y tranquila aunque esto atrae a grupos de 4 o 5 amigos que se ponen a hablar a altas horas de la noche. Está a unos 10 minutos caminando de la playa pero el camino se hace agradable ya que la zona es bonita. Si estuviese más cerca de la playa y zona de restaurantes seguramente sería mucho más dificil descansar. Para mí y mi familia ha sido ideal ya que buscábamos descansar.

La cama y las almohadas fue lo que menos nos gustó.

Buena comunicación y facilitadores. El apartamento pide una actualización a gritos, pero no afecta al uso. Es totalmente funcional y está muy bien dotado. La ubicación excelente, con buenas opciones de ocio a dos minutos y el centro a cinco. Muy tranquilo y fresco gracias a la arboleda que tiene enfrente. SIlencio y relax a un minuto de todo el ambiente.

Cuestiones menores como alguna puerta que no cierra o una funda de sofá que debería de recibir algo de atención extra.

The is a lovely little home (2 bedroom apartment) with all you could need for a stay. We were both working remotely so the desks in the rooms provided great space to work. It was nice to have a washer as well that was very clean. Great location for walking to all the best places in Cascais. Rental service / hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

No AC though the home stayed very cool and comfortable with appropriate use of the shades. Neighbors were doing some renovations which were a bit noisy.

Great location

The location was attractive. The garden was a little bedraggled as it was the end of winter but it was a nice area, with a couple of handy restaurants. We were happy that the flat was free for the extra night we had to book because we made a planning error with our flight bookings. The communication by Email and WhatsApp was all really polite and efficient. I managed to get laundry washed and dried easily due to the heaters provided, and the outdoor line. The flat was very comfortable and well appointed, while not so fancy as to be worrying. I'd be happy to live in it tbh! The flat was pre warmed for us by the hosts. The key holder was prompt and pleasant to deal with. There were useful extension cables. The keys and entranceway were easy to use and also very clean, like the flat.

It would have been more convenient if the apartment below remodelling (noisily, I wish I could get such hardworking builders!) had not coincided with the very heavy rain on our first day, meaning we were keen not to go out. Thankfully it was only the first 2 days of our stay that were affected (8am to 6pm) as they didn't work the weekend or the holidays (Mon, Tu). There were a couple of things not working, one of the power outlets and the oil filled radiator, which was only an issue because we had unusually cool and damp weather compared to our previous visits to Cascais in February and March. I didn't report it at the time as it didn't affect anything much.
