Great views of Funchal bay. Good balconies. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious and light apartment. Good instructions how to access keys and apartment. Good location with Free parking.

Bed extremely uncomfortable. Hard, unforgiving mattress made it impossible to sleep on the bed because it was painful. Had to sleep in the sofa in the living room instead. No electrical sockets by the bed. Information on how to access WiFi not immediately apparent and put away in drawer in hallway. Building and apartment doors didn't feel entirely secure. Patio doors to balconies did not close properly or lock. Kitchen windows did not lock and the blind in the kitchen was not fitted. No wine glasses in the kitchen.

Really nice apartment with two balconies and well equipped kitchen. Everything we need for our stay was there. The flat is well designed and well kitted out. It also has parking which was a great plus. The views from the balconies out over the city and the sea where amazing and we loved the easy walking distance to the shore and the city center. We were also able to do a super late check-out which was really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The view is great and the house itself has great space. Overall it is a very good property to live in. Host allow early check in which really helped us

General Amenities not included (shower gel, shampoo), washing machine is quite clunky; clothes all are very very wet after washing. Bin was broken. Overall minor stuff but can be improved

The condo was super spacious with an easy walk to cable car and water front… the two decks were fantastic!

Location is good, you can easily reach old town, restaurants, or cable car. Apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need. Terrace has a nice view, and it is very quiet neighbourhood.

Bed in a living room was not comfortable.

Nothing to complain. 2 balconies, views, kitchen, toilet - all fine. We have found coffee, tea, honey and basic kitchen facilities.

The price is rather high. Otherwise nothing to complain. We have got what was promised.
