The apartment is spacious with all facilities included. It was clean, and Iliana is a fantastic host!

The walls are rather thin, and it was quite noisy until midnight - from traffic, neighbors or turists passing by. For my wife, that was an issue. For me, not so much.

Excellent Host, Brilliant Location & Fantastic Value for money

A wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Equipped with everything you need. Very conveniently located, close to the historic center, restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend this place as a base for exploring the island. The owner is very communicative and helpful. She addressed all our needs very quickly.

Very nice apartment with a well equipped kitchen, a nice terrace. Has everything you need. Very friendly staff, no complaints at all.

It didn't bother me but the apartment is next to busy road. There are definitely busier roads but if you are looking for something very quiet it's probably not the place for you.

the flat is new and nicely furnished, the terrace is a good place to relax after a day out exploring Madeira. Eliana is a fantastic host, not only nice but very helpful. The location is perfect to explore the city center on foot and we always found a parking spot just in front of the house.

2 small bottles of water and a couple of coffee capsule would have made our arrival even more comfortable. the second tiny room is super nice but the bed would be more comfortable with a base, it is directly on the floor.

Very nice, clean and modern apartament. Close to the center of the city. Big, cheap parking lot nearby. The host was very nice and friendly. I recommend it to everyone, especially families.

The location is good, a short 5 to 10 minutes walk to Funchal's city centre. The apartment is spacious and has a pleasant balcony. Eliana, the host, was friendly and welcoming.

We found it impossible to sleep in the bedroom due to the noise coming from the street. It faces a narrow, busy road, with constant car traffic, and the noise is terrible, much like sleeping directly on the street. We had to sleep in the couch in the living room which wasn't comfortable or big enough and which had a lot of light coming from the outside. Apart from that, our towels had a weird, unpleasant smell, that not only affected the towels but also the whole bathroom. Lastly, there was only a single toilet paper roll for 2 people spending 3 nights, which wasn't even new to begin with.
