Just as described. 3 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. On "1st" floor. (2nd floor for us Americans) Nice view. Secure gated location. Less than 1 block from Train/bus station overlooking the grounds of Caserta Palace.

Camera on the interior of the front door was a bit creepy, but I understand they need to see if you're having an unauthorized house party. The "breakfast" was just a small assortment of pre-packaged snacks. We were not shown/told how to use the entrance gates or the very picky front door lock, but we eventually figured them out.

"Close to everything and very clean."

The property is on the piazza facing the reggia di Caserta. You can’t have anything closer than that. The main shopping street is just around the corner. Maria is a great hostess and she was there waiting for us to do the check in. Everything was great.

"Perfect location to explore Caserta Palace and area."

Very close to train station and Palace which was so convenient. Extremely clean. Bright apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and meals . Well stocked with coffee/tea and snacks. Bathroom had shampoo and soap and plenty of fresh towels. Nice living room sofa and tv to chill with Loggia for fresh air and sunlight. Comfy beds.

Everything was perfect.
