The pool & nice views

Beds could have been more comfortable. The bed position was a little awkward just inside the room door.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, hilfsbereit und gaben gute Tips. Fragen wurden schnell und stets beantwortet. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Zum "Durchlüften" der Wohnung stehen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz in der Garage war ein großer Pluspunkt. Zum Erkunden der Stadt, v.a. der Altstadt ein sehr guter Ort.

Das Schwimmbad ist nur über die Straße und durch eine Garage zu erreichen. Es liegt direkt unterhalb der Terrasse der Vermieter und wird auch von anderen Gästen genutzt. Die Außenterrasse bietet nicht ganz die Aussicht wie auf den Fotos ; ) und bietet nur Sitzplatz für zwei Personen.

Het appartement was heel schoon. Daarnaast was het heel ruim en licht en was alles aanwezig.

The location is good— right in the city center, close to everything, and the apartment has its own parking space, which is a big plus in Funchal. We also appreciated the pool area, where we spent a couple of relaxing hours, and the fact that towels were provided for it. The small gym is a nice addition too. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment (no. 12), which was rather dark; the upper-floor apartments probably have a nicer view and more light. To access the pool, you need to leave the property, walk a short distance along the street and enter through the underground parking area – not a big issue, but worth mentioning.

The parking space was narrower than expected — there were three cars parked, and it was quite difficult to get in and out. In the main bedroom, the toilet tank was not working properly and the bathroom ventilation didn’t seem to function. When we arrived, there was a strong smell of cleaning products, so we had to keep the windows open for a while.

Petite maison très agréable très bien équipée très bien placée. Beatriz a été très réactive à nos demandes. Le fait d'avoir un garage est un vrai plus même si l'accès est un peu sportif du fait que la rue soit très très pentue.

Il manque d'espaces pour poser ses affaires dans la première salle de bain
