The door code instructions are a little unclear to initially access property, however upon calling the owners, they came around and assisted.

This is a luxurious, spacious appartement with two bathrooms. Great views and a balcony with the morning sun. It is a short walk downhill to Funchal town. And .. uphill to get home. We were two people and each had our own bedroom & bathroom; luxury! One of the first café's down the hill was our 'local' for aperitives; unsure of the name. We called it ''the pink tables''; you will see when you come across this lovely place. Try their snacks! Mila was very helpful in her instructions to get to the appartement. As we rented a car, and the remote for the gate is in the appartement; she opened the gate remotely so we didn't have to wait with the car in the narrow street. It is so nice to have a parking spot with this appartement!

It was a chilly week and hence not too warm inside; bring a jumper (see other review as well). It is normal, though, for warmer countries to not have proper heating; so we did bring jumpers! Taxi's find it a tad hard to find this as it is just behind a massive hotel. Even though straight behind, this means a different route/street. Make sure uber/bolt don't adjust the pick-up point in a way that you cannot make it!

Very new and stylish , in heart of funchal

The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean with a good pool. The rooms were large and airy and had absolutely everything you would need including very comfortable furniture and beds. Tv with netflix for chilled evenings too. Lovely towels and a great balcony with cosy furniture. 10mins walk uphill from Funchal. We hired a car for the last 5 days so had underground parking included but this appartment is on a regular the bus route around the island. We got a uber/bolt to and it took 17mins from the airport. We would book again because we all had space to move around freely without getting in each others way. Thanks 👍

If you sit by the pool you had to go back to the room to use the toilet as the facilities next to the pool are for the use of the people that live there are not for the renters.

Clean modern comfortable apartment with parking and a swimming pool Good instructions from the owners for key collection. close to town centre. Had everything we needed. We Would stay again.

A few barking dogs in the grounds and local area but not the fault of the apartment. Address was a little hard to find even by local taxis.

Really well decorated and spacious, easy to get to when driving but close enough to walk to town when not wanting to drive.
