Location of property is within walking distance to everything- restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores. Apartment is cozy and relaxing with art deco style remodeling which is gorgeous. Owner very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to visit. He was always available to answers our questions.

We would rate this property 12+ stars if we could! This is a perfect definition why not to judge a book by its cover. The property is impeccable! As soon as you enter, you notice the high, vaulted ceilings and arches. The cleanliness, but unique furniture settings within. Very comfortable and firm bed, ambient temperature that’s so inviting. Addition to the property, the owner is super hospitable and constantly is available in case we need some assistance or advice. He is a great resource to go to. Very knowledgeable about the area and gives great recommendation of places to go and sites to see. COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We definitely plan to return next year and hopefully this place is available for us to enjoy again!!

Parking is limited on street especially at night time. Only applicable if you need to rent a car.

The location was great, just a few minutes from the city center. The apartment was clean and cozy. I can truly recommend it. Owner was so nice! Gave us a lot of recommendations about higligths of Catania and was always avaliable on whats up. I would definitely choose this apartment again.

We had a little problem with electricity, there were a few power outages, but it wasnt the owners fault.

For the price there was nothing to like. Location is good.

The room was nowhere near worth the price we payed. Additionally on arrival they ask you to give an extra of 54 euros. They say you have to pay 25 euros per person for towels and bed linen, which I have never experienced before after paying 260 euros for one night already. They try to get as much money out of tourists as possible.

Comfortable clean apartments in the center with everything you need on vacation (big bed, mini-kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishes, pans, etc). The furniture and bathroom are new and clean as well. Very friendly and helpfull staff.

We have lived in the room on the first floor without full-size windows, so we used electricity all the time and it was not so easy to get up in the morning without natural light:)

Nothing, got ripped off. The towels were grey and looked like split in half, location is a disaster, host overcharged me for only one day. I paid for toqel and utilities etc and were only give for one day worth of supply, no coffe, toilet paper etcc towels.. highly dont recomwnd

The flat was bright and clean. The location was in the city center, but in a calm area that full of locals, so it was nice experience. There were breakfast ny the host coffee, croissant, and tea. The location is super and surrounded with a lot of restaurant and coffee shops. The host take me to market and help me to get stuff with cheap prices and he recommended parties and placed to go.

Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need. Lovely place to escape the heat from. In a quieter part slightly away from the main centre but as a solo traveller, I had no problem walking late at night and within 5-10 minutes you’re at the cathedral.

The property itself was great, however make sure you read the policies carefully. The price doesn’t include use of bed linen, towels or standard cleaning and so there was a €50 extra charge when I arrived. It make more sense for a longer stay but for a shorter trip wasn’t worth it. I’ve never been charged for bed linen before and so left a slightly bad taste in my mouth.
