Appartamento Don Tano

Very clean and cosy apartment, Perfect location, everything is close -)

We were close to all the attractions of the city and didn't use the bus at all. We stayed out until 9-10 pm daily and the streets felt safe to us. The apartment was very spacious for 2 people. We always had hot water. The kitchen was well equipped - we always ate our breakfast at the appartment (and sometimes the dinner as well). The mattress of the bed was confortable. The owner only speaks Italian, but we managed to communicate with each other. He's always available to you, in case you need it.

The location doesn't have heating, only an AC that doesn't do the best job when it comes to heating the place up. The pillows were not very good. The windows of the appartment were very small, so the place wasn't lit up well and it was also a bit hard to get a lot of fresh air into the apartment.

The location is good, the layout is good, the neighbour who checked us in was really nice.

The reason we're giving this a bad review is simple - there was a cockroach in our bed when we arrived and the place was dirty. The neighbour who had given us the keys kindly ran back over to pull out the wardrobe it had run behind and kill it but the damage was done. We contacted the owner who had someone come and clean it the next day but then refused to reimburse us for the first night despite there literally having been a cockroach in our bed!
