Palazzo storico con vista magnifica sulla piazza dell'Università di Catania, in zona pedonale e a 100 metri dal Duomo. Il proprietario è persona gentilissima. Camera pulitissima e confortevole. Per la colazione è disponibile una sala con cucina, ma noi abbiamo preferito farla nelle rinomate pasticcerie nelle vicinanze. WiFi disponibile.

Un po' rumoroso al mattino la nettezza urbana, ma ci sta per tenere pulita la zona.

"Warto dać Katanii szansę."

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna - w samym sercu starego miasta. Duży, przestronny pokój z balkonem wprost na Piazza Universita. Duża, czysta łazienka. W dostępnej dla gości kuchni można zrobić sobie kawę, przekąsić ciastko, wypić sok - nie mieliśmy zamówionych śniadań, więc to było miłe zaskoczenie. Taras ze stolikami i widokiem na Via Etnea i Via Collegiata. Ważne zabytki w odległości spaceru.

Lokalizacja i czystość to ogromne zalety tego miejsca! Z tego punktu wszędzie jest blisko a obsługa jest przemiła i bardzo pomocna

W pokoju brakowało czajnika i kubków aby można było napić się czegoś rano lub po całym dniu zwiedzania zaparzyć sobie herbaty przed snem to jedyna kwestia którą bym uzupełniła :)

Perfektní umístění přímo v centru, výhled na Etnu (když je vidět😁). Příjemný personál. Super čisto. Skvělá káva v ceně kdykoliv chcete. Velký sprchový kout, bidet.

Hluk z ulice. Nám to nevadilo, ale je dobré o tom vědět. Ultra měkké matrace a polštáře.

"Superbe appartement mais une nuit difficile"

L’appartement parfait. Une terrasse privée pour le petit déjeuner. Une situation au cœur de la ville.

La Piazza Universita est très bruyante jusqu’à 3h du matin : chanteurs (avec grosse enceinte), puis groupes de jeunes. Prévoyez des bouchons d’oreilles.
