MAMARICO' APARTAMENT

Apartament na parterze bardzo klimatyczny z mini tarasem i mnóstwem kwiatów wokół. W apartamencie wszystko co potrzeba. Na przywitanie sycylijskie wino. Codziennie rano świeże cornetto. Kawy, herbaty, sok, mini fanty I inne do poczęstowania się. Lokalizacja w centrum, ale całkowicie cichym miejscu. Możliwość zaparkowania samochodu. Rewelacyjni gospodarze - bardzo mili i pomocni.

it was in an excellent location right in the heart of Catania and the staff (Ricardo) was friendly and attentive. The refrigerator was stocked with yogurt, the cupboard held biscotti, shelf stable milk and bread and a bottle of red wine was waiting for us in the living room. Several mornings Ricardo brought us croissants which we enjoyed. Lastly, the bed was comfortable.

We didn’t have hot water initially but once we contacted Ricardo he adjusted the settings and we had hot water.

Lokalizacja w samym centrum Katanii blisko Piazza Duomo, Via Etnea, wszędzie blisko a jednocześnie miejsce bardzo ciche i bezpieczne. Bardzo pomocny właściciel. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt i pomoc:))

Location is perfect near the walk street,can enjoy night life.parking lot is great and safe. The service clerk is very friendly and knowledgeable .prepare some tickets for to visit around about spot.

Fantastic location in centre of Old City - just 3 mins walk from Cathedral (and other sights), restaurants etc. Lovely old Catania building - with updated / modernised ground floor apartment : small kitchen/diner/ living room, good size bedroom, dressing room, bathroom (plenty of hot water) and small outside patio looking onto courtyard. Lots of storage. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Small but well equipped kitchen. Hosts provided complementary coffee pods, cereal, milk, wine, beer plus cooking essentials. Secure parking (behind locked doors) - a really big benefit in a city where parking is a big problem. Hosts were super nice and very responsive. Minor issues were handled in minutes. Would happily stay again.

Wi-Fi is shared with other apartment(s) in building. In the evening it was very slow and not always reliable.

Excellent central location. Great parking facility. Super hosts living on site . Very friendly. Apartment very well equipped.

No scissors or sharp kitchen knife!

Mamarico es un lugar muy especial.En un palazzo del siglo XVII recibe la calida familia anfitriona con amabilidad y calidad humana.Reciben personalmente y miman al huesped con pequeños detalles. El estacionamiento, dentro del palazzo es amplio y seguro.La atmosfera de las habitaciones es de epoca y sugerente.La ubicacion es perfecta, a pasos del centro y a pocos metros de buenos restaurantes.Un lugar excelente para conocer todo lo que ofrece la bella y aspera Catania!!

The location was convenient. Major sites and restaurants were within walking distance. The apartment was very cozy for a couple. There were trashcans in the kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The host provided amenities that other apartments did not - slippers, weighing scale, safe, non-slip hangers, etc. They also provided breakfast staples, which we very much appreciated. Manuele and Ricardo were quick to reply on any questions we had. Parking was within the premises, so it was safe.

The location was great! Just behind the main shopping/entertainment street and very close to the main plaza, but yet very quiet. The apartment is situated within a traditional building overlooking the inner courtyard. The host family was terrific. We felt like their house guests! Ricardo, one of the sons, brought us fresh croissants every morning, and he even dropped us off at the airport after checkout because he was heading out of town in that direction! Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

We didn’t have a problem with anything. But, the apartment has a tiny kitchen, so probably wouldn’t be suitable for a long stay if you plan to cook big meals. It was fine for tea/coffee, breakfast and snacks. The apartment is also a split level with a narrow set of steps between the living room and the rest of the place. Again, it wasn’t a problem for us, but may be difficult for someone with mobility issues.
