The location is great. It's just a few minutes from the main station.

The bed wasn't very comfy but overall it's a good value for money. The only thing we didn't like was the air inside. It's kind of mildewy/dump odour and even though we had the window open it didn't go away. Also be careful how much money you pay for a city tax. The lady wanted the tax per number of days and not nights.

A really nice place for a stay in Catania, Sicily :) Not even a ten minutes walk to a metro station

It gets a little cold on the ground floor but there’s AC you can easily set up :)

It was ok.

The owner requested 20 euros for the tourist tax, contrary to the initial amount of 12 euros specified by Booking.com. Upon noticing the discrepancy, I reached out to the owner via message and am currently awaiting her response, as I would like to reclaim the excess 8 euros.

Hello, I do not recommend anyone to rent this house... I found a dirty and dusty house... In the heat of 49 Gadu, the owner was waiting for us outside and did not let us in during Chekini... it was terrible.

The location was amazing right beside the train station and the bus station and only a 20 minute walk to the nearby beach. Everything you needed was in the apartment, lovely comfy bed , great shower and kitchen , everything was clean , aircon was super helpful too.

The only thing was the fridge, even on the coolest setting it was too warm and a lot of the food we had bought went bad very quick which was annoying.
