Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Wohnraum in welchem eine Küchenzeile mit Essbereich integriert ist. Die Dekoration ist dezent und die Fotos sind unaufdringlich in schwarz/grau/weiß gehalten. Der Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten lädt zum Verweilen ein. All das verleiht insgesamt ein angenehmes Ambiente. Im Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC befindet eine Waschmaschine. Die Beleuchtung am Spiegel ist angenehm hell und sehr gut zum frisieren und schminken geeignet. Im allgemeinen war die Wohnung sauber; besonders möchte ich in diesem Fall die Dusche, Waschmaschine und die Küche inklusive Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine erwähnen. Die Betten sind bequem - nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Gleich die Straße entlang gibt es einen Lebensmittel-Laden und eine gute Pizzeria. Unweit davon gibt es eine Einkaufspassage mit verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Friseuren. Die Umgebung ist Stadt nahe; wenn man nicht laufen möchte, kann ich die Nutzung von Uber bzw Bolt empfehlen. Die Preise dafür sind moderat. Es dauert ca 10 bis 15 Minuten, das zuständige Vermietungsbüro zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Verwalter der Ferienwohnung sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen und würden sie jederzeit selbst wieder buchen.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2. Etage des Hauses und ist nicht barrierefrei. Uns Jüngere hat es nicht gestört. Meine Schwiegermutter (83 Jahre alt) hat zwischendurch, beim Treppensteigen Pause gemacht. Das Sofa ist sauber; jedoch leider ganz durchgesessen. Man "versinkt beim Sitzen darin" und ich fand es deswegen eher unbequem.
