CITYSTAY Chmielna Apartments

Walking distance to Old Town. Smart TV. Outside area.

No kitchen towels/paper napkins. No extra garbage bags. Neighbors from above are loud, banging until late at night.

The location is good. A bit away from the main crowd, so it's quiet here. But it is easy to walk to the very center of the city. Parking was provided which was convenient. Good wi-fi.

Below is what could to improve: The entertainment system on the TV could be better. The garbage bag in the vacuum cleaner was full, so the vacuum cleaner did not pull even light dust well, it was important for me for a long stay. The kitchen had no grate in the vent. The only radiator worked very badly, only half of the radiator was hot, the other half was always cold, so I always felt cool in the apartment. Garbage bags could be more than 1-2. There was some unpleasant smell in the apartment, sometimes I smelled cigarettes, perhaps there are problems with ventilation.

Good location, close to city center. You have mostly everything you need. Parking provided.

Unfortunately, washing machine wasn't working. Though hosts sent a repairman, he was unable to fix the problem (and unfortunately we weren't told about that at once) The apartment was almost clean - but still there were some details missed, which were seen.
