Please contact the property by phone in case of same-day reservation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An extra crib is upon request and at surcharge and needs to be confirmed by management. A baby high chair and barbecue facilities are available at surcharge and upon prior reservation. Receipt or VAT invoice can be provided upon request. For monthly and longer stays, additional, free cleaning of the apartment is provided during the reservation period - cleaning is obligatory and is intended to keep the apartment in good condition.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. On finding the apartment to not be clean the host was very helpful and we ended up with a significant upgrade to another property The host was excellent.

Excellent location, very convenient for exploring Gdańsk. The check-in process was smooth and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The mini loft was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely choose this accommodation again in the future!

The property itself is very nice, finished to modern look and in a good location close to town centre. It has almost everything anyone needs for a little city break.

However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable with a poor quality bedding in result of during 5 days stay in the property we didn’t get even one night of a good sleep. We even decided to spend one night on a sofa bed which was equally uncomfortable. We put high value to quality of our sleep and after all day site seeing Gdansk we were not able to get a proper rest. Moreover, the property is not sound proofed! The whole thing looks like a large commercial space divided via thin plasterboard walls and bad quality doors with a massive gap underneath, we were able to hear all neighbours from other apartments. Finally, There is no security or contact number for emergencies, the office isn’t answering any phone calls after 4pm! During last night stay at the apartment our neighbours decided to have a massive party which included a lot of shouting, arguing and door slamming to early morning hours )just in time before our flight back to England). After being waked up on several occasions during the night, at 3am my partner decided to ask our neighbours to calm down and got door slammed into his face. We have notified the office about incident and didn’t even received apologies for such a disgusting experience. Unfortunately, due to all the above reasons we can’t recommend this property to anyone that puts a high value to comfort of sleep after an exhausting day! We’re very disappointed!
